We’re delighted to announce that our call centre in Glasgow has been recognised with nominations for both Team Manager of the Year and the Significant Contributor award at the UK National Contact Centre Awards 2023.
Our Operations Director, Jan Baker said: “It is with a great deal of pride we announce that Aaron Bisset and Jacqueline McConnell have been shortlisted as finalists for the UK National Contact Centre Awards, the longest-running and most highly respected programme in the UK.
