As an STA International client, you will receive free-of-charge access to our propriety reporting suite, Your Debts Online (YDO). YDO is the bridge between the client and STA International and STA Legal, significantly reducing reliance on email communication and increasing control for clients instantly online. You can expedite service levels by using YDO to:
- Answer queries promptly
- Provide requested and minimal debt data at placement
- Drag and drop documents when requested
- Auto-approve tracing for debts, e.g., >£250
- Auto-approve legal action for debts, e.g., >£500
- Auto- approve overseas agent debts, e.g., >£2,000.
Each request speeds up administration and allows debt collection to advance without delay. But, of course, we understand that auto-approval items require evidence before you can commit to them, and they are optional, not mandatory. We can provide proof of return on investment and find the thresholds that suit your debt profile and preferences.
Bespoke reports
Tailoring reports for clients is always available as the software is proprietary and managed by our in-house IT team at no cost to you. Some examples of bespoke reports we’ve provided to clients in the past are:
