We’re delighted to announce that our Learning & Development Manager Jacqueline McConnell has been nominated for the Merit Award (Working with Vulnerable Customers) at this year’s Credit Services Association Awards.
The nomination, which recognises an individual who gives excellent support to customers who have found themselves in vulnerable circumstances, is a testament to our belief in Treating Customers Fairly and the newly released Consumer Duty Guidelines.
We wish Jacqueline the very best of luck at the awards night in Manchester on 14th September.
