Debt recovery for agencies who pay first
Weekly contractor payroll, 60-day client terms, and a queried timesheet somewhere in between. We recover placement fees and contractor invoices without costing you the PSL.

Late payment lands squarely on you.
You fund contractor payroll weekly while clients settle on 30, 60 or 90-day terms. Every late invoice hits your working capital directly.
Perm fees challenged on a rebate period, or on a claim the candidate was sourced direct, are usually recoverable on the terms already agreed.
A proposed cap on the payment terms large businesses can impose on smaller suppliers, ending 90 and 120-day terms.
We understand what's in your terms of business
We speak the language
Timesheets, terms of business, introduction fees, rebate and refund periods, opt-outs, umbrella and PSL arrangements — daily work, not new ground.
Legal support from day one
STA Legal, our sister firm of solicitors, can escalate the moment a case needs it, without a panel firm reading the file cold.
Fast, because payroll doesn't wait
Average recovery in 3–4 weeks. When you've already paid the contractor, the recovery timeline is the funding timeline.
Your PSL stays intact
Agencies live on repeat requisitions. We recover in a way that keeps you on the list, and we can follow the debt abroad: we collected in 154 countries last year.
Five steps, the same on every recruitment case.

Questions recruitment clients ask us
What does "No Collection, No Commission" mean?
If we don't recover anything, you pay nothing. No placement fees, no upfront costs, no hourly billing: our commission is a percentage of what we bring in, so our incentive matches yours from day one. If you decide to take a case to court, STA Legal agrees its costs with you in writing before anything is issued.
How quickly can you start?
Usually the same working day. Placing a debt through Your Debts Online takes a few minutes, and first contact with the debtor goes out within 24 hours of the file being validated. Speed matters: recovery odds drop sharply after 90 days.
What happens if the debtor still won't pay?
We review the file with you at 30 days and set out the options. If you decide to escalate, the case goes to our solicitors at STA Legal with its full history. They issue proceedings, obtain judgment and enforce it, with costs agreed with you before anything is issued. Escalation is always your decision, never an automatic step.
The client says the candidate left inside the rebate period. Do I lose the fee?
Not automatically. It depends on what your terms of business actually say and whether the rebate conditions were met. We read the terms first and tell you where you stand before any contact goes out.
The timesheet was never signed. Is the invoice still recoverable?
Frequently, yes. Signature is evidence, not the only evidence — assignment confirmations, rotas, site records and email approvals all carry weight, and most clients pay once the work is properly demonstrated.
Will chasing this get us taken off the PSL?
It shouldn't. We contact clients as your representative, professionally and on your terms of business. Most cases settle without escalation, and the commercial relationship survives.
