Set your thresholds once.
Standing approvals let a case advance the moment it needs to, rather than waiting for someone to come back from leave.
Optional, never mandatory. A standing approval is your written instruction given in advance: legal action proceeds on STA Legal's published tariff, and overseas agent referrals at the agreed agent rate. We'll show you the return first and help you set thresholds that suit your debt profile.
Thresholds are yours to set, change or switch off at any time. Anything outside them still comes to you for a decision.
